Pay 1 build point -> Equip Equipped Character unit gets +1 power and Critical Hit 1. Larger, more accurate, and more deadly than the blaster pistol, the blaster rifle is supposed to be for military use only. That has not stopped untold numbers of them from leaking to the general population.
